Paul Vachon is a Detroit-based freelance writer, public speaker, and author. He writes for trade and consumer magazines and also edits guidebooks on Michigan travel. Vachon has also written six books on Detroit history. His latest is Becoming the Motor City: A Timeline of Detroit’s Auto Industry.
