Prior to joining Butzel Long, Mazor spent three years as a law clerk to the Honorable Patrick J. Duggan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
She attended the George Washington University Law School (J.D., high honors) in Washington, D.C., where she was awarded order of the coif upon graduating in 2012, and completed her undergraduate coursework at the University of Michigan (B.G.S., high distinction) in 2007.
Mazor is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Michigan, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Alan Seagrave
Seagrave is a Florida Bar Board Certified Expert in Immigration and Nationality Law.
His practice touches on all areas of immigration, with a strong focus on business visas. His principal clients include individuals, entrepreneurs, and both established and start-up companies in the biotech, communications, hospitality, and entertainment industries.
Seagrave provides clients with innovative solutions designed to effectively respond to the increasingly complex U.S. immigration framework and facilitate the international transfer of high net worth investors, company executives, key employees, and their families.
By incorporating a multi-disciplinary approach to immigration planning that uses all of Butzel Long’s legal resources, Seagrave provides clients with comprehensive strategies that address not only how to obtain visas, but how to resolve other issues that arise when making the highly personal, life-altering decision to move from one country to another.
Seagrave graduated from Clark University (B.A., 1976) and LaSalle University (M.A., 1996) and obtained his law degree from the Shepard Broad Law Center, Nova Southeastern University (J.D., summa cum laude, 2001), where he was articles editor of the Nova Law Review.
He is fluent in Spanish and has been certified as a Spanish-English court interpreter by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. At the same time, Seagrave has written numerous articles and is a speaker in demand.
