Women’s Wellness Advance at Brighton Light House
May 17 @ 7:00 am – 6:30 pm
Friday, May 17th at Brighton Light House
Back by popular demand, this powerful day was thoughtfully designed to help women move forward with practical tools proven to achieve a peaceful mind, healthy body, and joyful spirit. All sessions are led by local health and wellness professionals, coaches, and teachers.
Together we will learn, create, have fun, enjoy delicious food and drink, and make meaningful connections.
The day includes:
- An optional session of Morning Yoga with Ashley Watterson,
- Seven powerful sessions with local practitioners,
- A delicious lunch prepared by Whisk and Ivy and refreshments throughout the day—including a morning cuppa from Good Sense Coffee,
- A delightful “swag” bag filled with nurturing items provided by our practitioners and guides with your exquisite self-care in mind,
- Information, inspiration, and time to connect with yourself and other guests and practitioners in sessions and in the Wellness Tent, and
- Surprises throughout the day—like a special pop-up shop featuring 2 Dandelions Bookshop!
The Women’s Wellness Advance is inspired by a desire to offer the ultimate Health and Wellness retreat; however, in the spirit of moving forward it was named an advance.
