2025 Conference Registration and Hotel Room Access
The Mackinac Island Tourism Bureau is tracking Island hotel availability for the 2025 Conference, and as of June 3, 2024, most properties are full with Conference attendees. If you don’t currently have a hotel reservation, please consider the following options:
- Many Island hotels have waitlists. Visit the Mackinac Island Tourism Bureau website to view a list of available hotels and add yourself to multiple waitlists. Please review the information on the Bureau’s page carefully. There are a handful of hotels that are noted as “no” in the “rooms available” heading. It is our understanding these properties will accept reservations beginning on August 1, 2024.
- Hotels are available in Mackinaw City and St. Ignace. The Chamber will run later ferries as it has in prior years via Mackinac City.
- The Chamber established its own waitlist because it reserves rooms for speakers, sponsors, select government officials, staff, vendors, and other guests critical to the Conference. Those that are not needed for these groups are made available to registered attendees closer to the Conference. If you are registered for the 2025 Conference and have a hard time finding a hotel room, join the Chamber’s Hotel Waitlist, using your hotel code, which can be found in the registration confirmation email received from “event@detroitchamber.com”.
Note: The Chamber manages room access for Grand Hotel. If you typically receive access to a Grand Hotel room through the Chamber, the Chamber will reach out on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025, to provide information on how to secure your reservation.
