Enjoy breathtaking views of downtown Detroit and Windsor. The Fleetwood room is comprised of three sections that are each 30′ x 30′ and can be reserved as stand-alone or combined with others. Alone, each room accommodates up to 20 people. Together, all three Fleetwood rooms support a seminar for up to 136 people or an open-floor reception for up to 200 people.
Common room configurations are: hollow square, horseshoe (“U” shape), classroom, theater and banquet rounds for eight. View the photo gallery below for examples.
The Fleetwood room comes equipped with: podium with microphone, wireless microphones, conference call capabilities, Windows computer with wireless keyboard/mouse, audio/video projector screen and secondary viewing LCD screens.
Enjoy executive-style seating for 16 people around a large boardroom table with a spectacular view of downtown Detroit. This room is equipped for online or PowerPoint presentations and comes complete with a large LCD screen. Also provided is a Windows computer, wireless keyboard, and mouse. Conference call capabilities are available.
The DeLorean and Imperial rooms provide a professional setting for any meeting or planning session up to 12 people. This room is equipped for online and PowerPoint presentations and comes complete with a large LCD screen. Also provided is a Windows computer, wireless keyboard, and mouse. Conference call capabilities are available.

Please note, rooms are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is a facilitator fee of $100 per hour to use the room before 8 a.m. and after 5 p.m. In addition, heating and cooling is an additional $100 per hour after 6 p.m. Please contact our team to verify room setup.
