Nominations and applications are open for JOURNEY, a one-year fellowship program that connects emerging women talent with top women leaders.
Annually, JOURNEY selects 25 fellows for a mentorship opportunity with the program’s 32 Champions, comprised of a diverse mix of prominent chief executive officers and chairs, startup founders, and leading venture capitalists. Some of the program’s top champions include Mary Barra, Chair and Chief Executive Officer of General Motors; Ginni Rometty, Former Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of IBM; and Angela Hwang, Chief Commercial Officer and President of Pfizer’s Global Biopharmaceuticals Business.
Throughout the program, Fellows will participate in monthly virtual events and four in-person gatherings with the Champions.
Who Is Eligible to Apply?
JOURNEY does not have any requirements for applicants outside of being based in the U.S., but its Fellows have a high-level leadership experience and are ready to scale within their industries.
Fellows can be nominated or apply for the program themselves. JORUNEY will announce the selected applicants in early March 2024.
Cost to Participate
JOURNEY will cover the cost of a Fellow’s participation in the program in the event the applicant’s employer is unable to do so.
