Claudia Douglass

Claudia Douglass is a principal in Health Industries Advisory practice, with over 25 years of health care strategy and operations experience in both consulting and with large health systems in senior leadership roles in the areas of strategy, operations, and financial management. She co-leads the PwC’s New Care Delivery Model and Virtual Care/Telehealth offerings. Douglass helps clients plan for and manage strategic and execution risks, including the planning and implementation of changes as a result of regulatory changes, consumerism, and non-traditional disruptors.

Douglass is a thought leader in the health care sector who publishes and presents on topics of strategy, leadership, virtual care, brand and reputation, customer relationship management, value-based care, digital intelligence, and enterprise risk management at leading industry conferences. In addition to her consulting career, Douglass has been a health system senior vice president and chief operating officer and vice president of strategy. She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and is certified in Project Management with the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional.

Douglass has a BA in international finance and marketing from the University of Miami, and a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan.
