Gregory Ioanidis

Vice President, Business Unit Finance and Rates, ITC Holdings Corp.

Gregory Ioanidis is vice president of Business Unit Finance and Rates for the regulated operating companies of ITC Holdings Corp., where he is responsible for leading and supporting ITC’s four regulated business units on financial, budgeting, investment and rate related matters.

Most recently, Ioanidis served as president for ITC Michigan, where he was responsible for the strategic direction, planning, reporting and operating and financial performance of the ITCTransmission and METC operating subsidiaries.

He previously served as vice president of Business Strategy, where he was responsible for regulatory affairs, transmission pricing, state governmental and legislative affairs, stakeholder relations, community and government affairs and internal and external communications for ITC. Prior to that role, he was director of Regulatory Strategy, where he led ITC’s regulatory affairs and stakeholder relations functions.

Ioanidis earned a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science with a minor in statistics from the University of Waterloo. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a minor in production/operations from the University of Windsor.
