Laura Grannemann

Executive Director, Rocket Community Fund and Gilbert Family Foundation

Laura Grannemann is the Executive Director of the Rocket Community Fund and the Gilbert Family Foundation. In her dual roles, she focuses on breaking down complex systems related to economic development and neighborhood stabilization. This includes Detroit’s tax foreclosure crisis, the mortgage market in the city, education programs that prepare students for 21st century jobs in Detroit, bridging the digital divide, and providing capital and support to entrepreneurs and small businesses across all of Detroit’s neighborhoods. She also oversees all volunteer engagement and giving initiatives for Rocket Companies and its affiliates.

Grannemann leads multiple projects that bring together public, private, and philanthropic partners who work collaboratively to address often systemic and intractable issues in Detroit, including Rehabbed & Ready, Motor City Mapping, Neighbor to Neighbor, Make It Home, the Detroit Tax Relief Fund, the Motor City Contractor Fund, the Detroit Eviction Defense Fund, and the Detroit Home Repair Fund.

Grannemann is a board member of the Rocket Giving Fund, the non-profit that powers the Rocket Mortgage Classic.

Grannemann earned a degree in international development from Georgetown University.
