Ryan Maibach

President and Chief Executive Officer, Barton Malow Holdings

 His most noteworthy projects during his 25 years with the company include the Eastern Michigan convocation center, the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, and the University of Michigan Stadium Expansion. 

Active with the Business Leaders for Michigan, Maibach serves various organizations, including the Detroit Children’s Fund and The Parade Company. In addition, he served as chairman of the Detroit Regional Chamber Board of Directors and the 2020 Mackinac Policy Conference Chair. He was also appointed to Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s Michigan Economic Recovery Council in an advisory role on re-engaging sectors of the economy during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Maibach was a part of Building Design and Construction’s 2009 “40 Under 40” list, appointed the 2010 “Young Engineer of the Year” by the Engineering Society of Detroit, and he also appeared on the respective 2012 40 Under 40 lists of Crain’s Detroit Business and Engineering News-Record – Midwest Region. 

Maibach graduated from Purdue University with a construction engineering degree.
