The Chamber team is proud to announce the promotion of two staff members to the Executive Management Team.
Marnita Harris
Marnita Harris was promoted to Vice President of Racial Justice and Economic Equity (RJEE). She will lead internal RJEE efforts like the internal Equity Task Force and Board committee and manage external partnerships with entities like Gallup and the Racial Equity Blueprint Group. Marnita will continue to play a key role in investor recruitment and engagement with members in the RJEE space.
Melissa Read
Melissa Read was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Creative. In this role, she will lead all Chamber design work and marketing initiatives for publications, events, materials, and other branding assets. Melissa will also advise the Executive Management Team on the Chamber’s overall design ethos and direction.
