Join the State of Michigan’s Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB) to learn the basics of how to bid on State of Michigan projects. Representatives will also discuss how the Michigan Supplier Community (MiSC) program can increase opportunities for Michigan-based small businesses. The APEX Accelerator provides assistance to businesses in marketing products and services to federal, state, and local government agencies. Schoolcraft College in Livonia has sponsored the local program since 1985 and is the link between the government, prime contractors, and businesses.
