Kelly Tebay

Vice Chair, Board of Trustees, Michigan State University

Kelly Tebay is the Vice Chair of the Michigan State University (MSU) Board of Trustees for an eight-year term in 2019. Tebay is the Director of Government and External Relations at The Henry Ford. Her career began in professional fundraising for various state and federal political campaigns before she moved on to work in corporate relations for nonprofits and state and federal government agencies. In addition to serving on the board at MSU, Tebay serves on the board for Volunteers of America Michigan.

Tebay earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a specialization in Muslim Studies from James Madison College at Michigan State University. She later earned a master’s degree in Law Enforcement Intelligence and Analysis from MSU, with certificates in homeland security and critical thinking.
