October 4, 2023Butzel Employee Benefits Team attorneys Lynn McGuire and Nicholas Nahat, will provide an overview about changes in SECURE 2.0 and the areas it impacts, including which employers will have to file a Form 5500, which plans will have to be audited, and changes to the way the form will be completed.
McGuire concentrates her practice in the area of employee benefits law and executive compensation.
