This webinar is designed to provide an overview of how to prepare for an active shooter/violent event in the workplace. Attendees will be provided with information on how to manage the consequences of one of these events to enable the best possible physical and mental outcome for employees and employers. Attendees will also gain knowledge and insight into how law enforcement will respond to these events, thereby enabling you to know how to keep employees safe during a crisis in one of these events.

About the Speaker: Phillip is a veteran of the United States Army where he obtained the rank of Captain. He is also a retired Sergeant from the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office where he was the lead instructor for all Use of Force, Subject Control, and Firearms and Tactics. He currently serves at a local police academy where he teaches Firearms, Subject Control and Tactics.
