The W Buchanan Group is launching its Gather for Healthy Initiatives to create community and promote health equity. Then allow for the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting sponsored by The Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce followed by relaxation techniques of candle light Yin Yoga with W. African Drum beats. Truly a wonderful way to wind down the week by first meeting amazing people and then following the night with much needed self-care.
