Mentorship Mechanics – How Mentors Help Employees Grow and Flourish
September 27, 2022 @ 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Mentors benefit both your employees and your business. Working closely with a carefully selected mentor can help an employee grow professionally and personally. A mentor can help focus one’s development through their knowledge, candid feedback, and goal setting. A mentorship program also can build a more skilled and productive workforce, providing a competitive advantage.
Join us in September for a free, in-person panel discussion on the value of formal mentorship programs. Learn how mentors help develop talent in the highly competitive broadcast news business and how this strategy can be transferred to other industries.
There will be a Q&A session, as well as opportunity to meet the panelists.
