Part 1 – Overview of Real-time Labor Evaluations – 45 Minutes
The training will explain:
- Real-time labor evaluation
- Purpose of DCAA evaluations
- Information the contractors will need to provide
- Advance notification
- Employee interviews with example questions
- DCAA Procedures
- Work from Home Program (Telework) impacts
- Impacts of uncompensated overtime on the labor rate calculation
- Handling contractor response
Part 2 – Overview of Monitoring Subcontracts – 45 Minutes
The training will explain:
- Subcontract selection and requirements
- Responsibilities of the prime contractor
- Applicable FAR requirements
- Business systems involved with monitoring subcontracts
- Required information for the annual incurred cost submission
- Information the subcontractor will need to provide to the prime
In conclusion, common deficiencies and frequently asked questions will be provided.
