Kouza Capital Acquires Empire Precision Plastics

The transaction includes 100% of Empire’s equity securities.

Empire manufactures precision optics and plastic components for the industrial, consumer electronics, firearms and medical markets. It is a supplier to other Kouza Capital portfolio companies, including Plymouth, Michigan-based EOTECH, LLC, a leading manufacturer of electro-optic products and systems for the firearms industry.

The acquisition of Empire reflects Kouza’s investment philosophy of targeting established businesses with demonstrated profitability and strong management teams in place. Empire was founded in 1992 and operates out of a single 70,000 square foot manufacturing facility. In 2021, the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce included Empire on its list of the 100 fastest-growing companies in the Rochester and Finger Lakes, New York region.
