Katie specializes in loans to regulated industries, including cannabis (single state and MSOs, vertical and horizontal operations, and more) and healthcare (medical and dental), and handles cross-border transactions. Katie received her Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School and her Bachelor of Arts from James Madison College at Michigan State University.
