Nosanchuk Joins Plunkett Cooney’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group

Attorney Brooke A. Nosanchuk recently joined the Commercial Litigation Practice Group of Plunkett Cooney, one of the Midwest’s oldest and largest full-service law firms.

A member of the firm’s Bloomfield Hills office, Nosanchuk focuses her practice on real property, contract disputes, business torts and banking conflicts.

Nosanchuk represents financial institutions, including commercial lenders and banks, in lending actions involving collections and real estate litigation. She also represents other commercial entities in various contract-based commercial disputes.

Nosanchuk received her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2022. While there, she served as a junior and senior member of the Moot Court Board of Advocates and the online editor of Law Review. She also worked as a summer associate at Plunkett Cooney.
