sitronic North America Grand Opening Celebration
March 7, 2016Mark Tomkins, President & CEO – German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest (GACC), opened the ceremonies by welcoming guests and talking about the relationship between sitronic and the GACC, and the GACC’s role in starting the new office.
Heinz Dieter Mueller, CEO – sitronic GmbH & Co. KG, Chairman of the Board of Directors – sitronic North America gave a short speech outlining the importance of sustainable growth, and “putting down roots” in the Detroit area. Mr. Mueller then handed over a sapling Fig tree, symbolizing the new North American company, to Jason Cole, Business Development Manager – sitronic North America. Mr. Mueller commented that the tree, like the new company will grow slowly, but given care and attention, will bear fruit.
