Walsh appoints Teresa Esshaki as vice president, CFO and treasurer

TROY, Mich., April 1, 2021 – Walsh president and CEO Michael Levens, Ph.D., has announced the appointment of Teresa Esshaki to the position of vice president, CFO and treasurer, overseeing finance and facilities for the college, effective March 29, 2021.

Esshaki has over 20 years of experience in financial leadership positions, most recently serving as CEO of Glacier Advisory Partners. Prior to Glacier, Esshaki held CFO and vice president of finance roles at Arrow Electronics and was director of finance at Meritor, where she significantly improved cash flow, redesigned cash forecasts, managed pricing, and launched a global customer credit and risk management financial process. Esshaki began her financial professional career at FCA where she advanced in multiple roles including treasury planning, corporate planning and purchasing.
