Hiring the best and brightest candidates is a growing challenge and the ability to hire STEM workers has been especially difficult. A CareerBuilder Study reported that a company can lose $25,000 or more for every job that stays vacant for three months or longer.
The same recruitment and workforce practices don’t work and companies need to expand their talent pool. Between 2004 and 2016, thousands of Michigan companies successfully hired more than 40,000 international students. You can too!
